1. Introduction
By participating in the Truss Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility: The Program is open to all existing Truss users ("Referrer") who are currently in good standing with an active account.
2.2 Enrollment: To participate, existing users must refer a construction company ("Referred Contact") to Truss by completing the referral form available on the Truss referral landing page.
2.3 Approval Process: The Referred Contact is subject to an approval process by Truss. Truss reserves the right to determine whether a Referred Contact is a qualified prospect.
3. Earning Rewards
3.1 Referral Rewards: Referrers can earn up to $150 in gift card value per referred company.
3.1.1 Demo Completion Reward: The Referrer and the Referred Contact will each receive a $50 e-gift card after the Referred Contact completes a demo with Truss.
3.1.2 First Transaction Reward: The Referrer will receive an additional $100 e-gift card once the Referred Contact completes their first transaction on Truss.
3.4 No Limits: There are no limits on the number of companies a Referrer can refer or the total amount of rewards that can be earned.
3.5 Ineligible Transactions: Any transactions that are fraudulent or do not comply with Truss's terms of service will not qualify for rewards.
4. Reward Redemption
4.1 Gift Card Issuance: E-gift cards will be issued after the completion of the respective milestones (demo and first transaction).
4.2 Fulfillment Period: E-gift cards will be issued within 30 days after the completion of the qualifying action.
4.3 Account Closure: If the Referrer's or Referred Contact's account is closed before the issuance of the e-gift card, the rewards will be forfeited.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
5.1 Data Collection: Participation in the Program requires sharing certain information about the Referred Contact with Truss. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Program.
5.2 Privacy Compliance: The Program will conform to all applicable privacy standards and the Truss Privacy Policy. The collection and use of data are subject to obtaining documented consent from the Referrer and Referred Contact.
5.3 Consent Mechanism: By participating, Referrers and Referred Contacts consent to the use of their data as described in these terms. Consent will be documented and maintained for audit purposes.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Modification and Termination: Truss reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be posted on the Truss website.
6.2 Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
6.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions of Truss’s standard service agreement.
